Shipping policy

Orders are dispatched twice weekly (Monday & Thursday), excluding public holidays. Our warehouse is located in Indonesia. Shipping may be paused during Indonesian, Singaporean, or destination-country public holidays. Orders placed during these periods will be processed on the next available business day.

We ship internationally via Rayspeed, EMS, and DHL, depending on your destination and the selected shipping method. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking details via email or SMS. All orders are processed automatically and cannot be expedited, delayed, or modified once dispatched.

Customs & Duties
Orders shipped to Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, South Korea, the United States, and Great Britain are generally shipped inclusive of applicable customs duties and taxes. For all other destinations, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional clearance fees are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary by country, and mmnb® has no control over these charges or any delays caused by customs clearance.

Some destinations may require additional information (such as a tax ID, personal identification number, or customs documentation) before delivery. If required, our team or the shipping carrier will contact you via email. Delays resulting from incomplete or missing information are beyond our control.

All deliveries are handled by trusted third-party couriers. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, courier operations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

mmnb® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the courier. Any order marked as “Delivered” is considered successfully fulfilled. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

Orders flagged for fraudulent activity, false information, or incomplete shipping details may be cancelled without prior notice.
