Shipping policy

Orders are dispatched twice weekly (Monday & Thursday), excluding public holidays. Our warehouses are located in Indonesia. Shipping may be paused during Indonesian, Singapore, and destination-country public holidays. Orders placed during these periods will be processed on the next business day.

Once dispatched, tracking details will be sent via email or SMS. All deliveries are handled by trusted third-party couriers. All orders are processed automatically and cannot be expedited, delayed, or modified after dispatch.

MMNB® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the courier. Any order marked as “Delivered” is considered successfully fulfilled. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

Orders flagged for fraudulent or false information may be cancelled without notice.
