Refund policy

We offer exchanges only. Refunds are not available. Size Small items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. Items must be returned in clean condition, with original tags attached and free from fur or damage. Exchange items will be dispatched after the returned item has been received and approved.

Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping fees. Price differences may apply when upsizing; downsizing does not qualify for a refund.

All items marked Final Sale, Sale, and products from Treasure Pack are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. For any issues, an unboxing video is required to support your request.

International orders may be subject to customs fees or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
